Time for election if not held at time fixed in document of incorporation

If the annual election is not held on the day fixed in the certificate of incorporation, the trustees have the power to appoint another day not more than 60 days thereafter and shall give public notice of the time and place, at which time the election may be held with like effect as if held on the day fixed in said certificate. The terms of office of the trustees chosen at such election shall expire at the same time they would have done had they been chosen on the day fixed in the certificate of incorporation.
