Relation back of corporate rights restored

En. 15-2704 by Sec. 4, Ch. 455, L. 1977; R.C.M. 1947, 15-2704(5).

Any restoration of corporate rights pursuant to this chapter relates back to the date the corporation was involuntarily dissolved, and the corporation shall be considered to have been an existing legal entity from the date of its original incorporation.
