Legislative finding and purpose

Known as the Acupuncture Practice Act

The act spans §§ 37–37 (19 sections).

The legislature finds and declares that the practice of acupuncture in Montana affects the public health, safety, and welfare and should therefore be subject to regulation and control in the public interest in order to protect the public from the unauthorized and unqualified practice of acupuncture and from unprofessional conduct by persons licensed to practice acupuncture.
