Mont. Code Ann. § 37-2-303

Immunity from liability

En. 66-1051 by Sec. 2, Ch. 303, L. 1974; R.C.M. 1947, 66-1051; amd

A physician or other person reporting pursuant to 37-2-302 is presumed to be acting in good faith and in reporting is immune from any liability, civil or criminal, unless the individual acted in bad faith or with malicious purpose.
