Fees

Known as the Direct-Entry Midwifery Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 37–37 (33 sections).

(1) An applicant for a direct-entry midwife license shall, upon submitting an application to the board, pay an application fee set by the board.

(2) Before a license may be issued or renewed, an applicant shall pay a fee set by the board.

(3) Fees are nonrefundable.
