Eligibility for participation

Known as the Montana Health Corps Act

The act spans §§ 37–37 (8 sections).

A physician who is properly licensed and in good standing in Montana may participate in the health corps provided for in this part on:

(1) payment of a fee established by the board by rule; and

(2) providing a listing of clinical services offered by the applicant and the location where the services are offered if the services are rendered outside of a person's home.
