Mont. Code Ann. § 37-42-322

Any person, firm, or corporation, both municipal and private, violating any provisions of this chapter or the rules adopted hereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day of operation in violation of this chapter or any rules adopted hereunder shall constitute a separate offense.
