Mont. Code Ann. § 37-66-102

Purpose

Known as the Landscape Architecture Registration and Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 37–37 (20 sections).

The purpose of this chapter is to safeguard life, health, property, and to promote the public welfare by requiring that only properly qualified persons shall be licensed to practice landscape architecture in this state.
