Mont. Code Ann. § 41-3-1007

Confidentiality of information -- penalty

Known as the Citizen Review Board Program Act

The act spans §§ 41–41 (14 sections).

(1) Before beginning to serve on a board, each member shall swear or affirm to the court that the member will keep confidential the information reviewed by the board and its actions and recommendations in individual cases.

(2) A member of a board who violates the duty imposed by subsection (1) is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $1,000.
