Board recommendations concerning foster care services and policy considerations

Known as the Citizen Review Board Program Act

In addition to reviewing individual cases of children in foster care, a board may make recommendations to the district court and to the department concerning foster care services, policies, procedures, and laws. Recommendations must be in writing and must be provided to the department.
