Mont. Code Ann. § 45-5-712

Evidence in cases of sex trafficking, aggravated sex trafficking, or child sex trafficking

(1) In a case that involves a question of whether a place is a house of prostitution, evidence of the following, in addition to all other admissible evidence, is admissible:

(a) the general reputation of the place;

(b) the reputations of the place's residents and the nonresidents who frequent the place; and

(c) the frequency, timing, and duration of visits by nonresidents.

(2) Testimony of a person against the person's spouse is admissible under 45-5-702, 45-5-706, or 45-5-711.
