Corrosive defined

Known as the Montana Consumer Product Safety Act

The act spans §§ 50-30-101 to 50-30-307 (35 sections).

En. 69-7102 by Sec. 2, Ch. 394, L. 1975; amd

"Corrosive" means a substance which in contact with living tissue will cause destruction of tissue by chemical action but does not refer to action on inanimate surfaces.
