Irritant defined

Known as the Montana Consumer Product Safety Act

The act spans §§ 50-30-101 to 50-30-307 (35 sections).

En. 69-7102 by Sec. 2, Ch. 394, L. 1975; amd

"Irritant" means a substance not corrosive within the meaning of 50-30-206 which on immediate, prolonged, or repeated contact with normal living tissue will induce a local inflammatory reaction.
