Mont. Code Ann. § 50-30-218

When labeling requirement complied with

Known as the Montana Consumer Product Safety Act

The act spans §§ 50-30-101 to 50-30-307 (35 sections).

En. 69-7102 by Sec. 2, Ch. 394, L. 1975; amd

A requirement made by or under authority of this chapter that a word, statement, or other information appear on the label shall not be considered to be complied with unless the word, statement, or other information also appears:

(1) on the outside container or wrapper, if any, unless it is easily legible through the outside container or wrapper; and

(2) on all accompanying literature where there are directions for use, written or otherwise.
