Mont. Code Ann. § 53-21-1333

Unless otherwise specified in the directive, the agent has the same rights as the principal to request, receive, examine, copy, and consent to the disclosure of medical or any other health care information during a period of time when the agent is legally authorized to act on behalf of the principal.
