Mont. Code Ann. § 61-12-307

A company shall annually, on or before February 1 of each year, file with the commissioner a financial statement in the form and detail that the commissioner may prescribe, executed on oath by its president or other principal officer, showing its financial condition on December 31 of the preceding year.
