As used in 61-3-323 through 61-3-325, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Domicile" means the county in which a motor vehicle is most frequently used, dispatched, or controlled.
(2) "Fleet" means motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers owned or leased by a person operating the motor vehicles, trailers, semitrailers, or pole trailers in this state in a quantity set by the department pursuant to 61-14-101.
