Cooperative utility -- electricity supply service -- exemption
Known as the Electric Utility Industry Generation Reintegration Act

(1) A local governing body shall establish the price for electricity supply service offered by a cooperative utility.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in the universal system benefits program pursuant to 69-8-402, a cooperative utility is exempt from the provisions and requirements of this chapter.
