Mont. Code Ann. § 7-12-4251

The provisions of 7-12-4241 through 7-12-4258 and the rights granted under any ordinance or resolution enacted pursuant to these sections may be enforced by any bondholder by mandamus or other appropriate suit, action, or proceeding in any court of competent jurisdiction.
