Notice of hearing
En. 11-4504 by Sec. 4, Ch. 355, L. 1975; R.C.M. 1947, 11-4504(2); amd
(1) A notice of the public hearing required by 7-14-203 (1) or 7-14-207 must be published as provided in 7-1-2121.
(2) The notice must state the time, date, place, and purpose of the hearing and describe the boundaries of the proposed district or addition.
