Mont. Code Ann. § 7-14-209

Hearing on petition

En. 11-4504 by Sec. 4, Ch. 355, L. 1975; R.C.M. 1947, 11-4504(1); amd

(1) At the time fixed for the public hearing required by 7-14-203 (1) or 7-14-207, the commissioners shall hear all testimony offered in support of and in opposition to any petition for the creation of the district or addition to a district.

(2) The hearing may be adjourned from time to time for the determination of additional information or hearing petitioners or objectors, but adjournment may not exceed 2 weeks after the date originally noticed and published for the hearing.
