In case any of the public officials of the local government or municipality whose signatures appear on any bonds or coupons issued under part 42 and this part cease to be officials before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures remain valid and sufficient for all purposes the same as if the officials had remained in office until delivery of the bonds.
