Mont. Code Ann. § 7-34-2402

Sources of money for depletion allowance reserve fund

En. 16-1043 by Sec. 2, Ch. 365, L. 1975; R.C.M. 1947, 16-1043(part); amd

Money for the depletion allowance reserve fund may be derived from:

(1) public and private grants;

(2) money collected by the health care facility for which the fund is created, from or for indigent patients or residents, that is in excess of the expenses incurred for the care of the patients or residents.
