Mont. Code Ann. § 7-4-2103

Filing of certificate designating districts

En. 16-902.2 by Sec. 2, Ch. 298, L. 1974; R.C.M. 1947, 16-902.2.

When such division of commissioner districts has been made, there shall be filed in the office of the county clerk and recorder of such county a certificate designating the metes and bounds of the boundary lines and limits of each commissioner district. The certificate shall be dated and signed by the district court judge or judges of the county.
