Unless the court otherwise orders, the handwriting expert's written report must be the sole and exclusive property of the party requesting it. However, upon demand and the payment of a pro rata share of the fees and costs of the handwriting expert, as determined by the court, any interested party may obtain a certified copy of the written report.
