Mont. Code Ann. § 72-3-111

Exclusive jurisdiction of court -- binding nature of orders after notice

En. 91A-3-105, 91A-3-106 by Sec. 1, Ch. 365, L. 1974; R.C.M. 1947, 91A-3-105(part), 91A-3-106.

(1) The district court has exclusive jurisdiction of all probate matters.

(2) In proceedings within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court where notice is required by this code or by rule, interested persons may be bound by the orders of the court in respect to property in or subject to the laws of this state by notice in conformity with 72-1-301. An order is binding as to all who are given notice of the proceeding though less than all interested persons are notified.
