Termination of appointment -- closing of estate
En. 91A-3-610 by Sec. 1, Ch. 365, L. 1974; R.C.M. 1947, 91A-3-610(1), (2).
(1) An appointment of a personal representative terminates, as provided in 72-3-1004, 1 year after the filing of a closing statement.
(2) An order closing an estate as provided in 72-3-1001, 72-3-1002, or 72-3-1003 terminates an appointment of a personal representative.
