Penalty for violations
Known as the The Montana Solid Waste Management Act
The act spans §§ 75–75 (36 sections).
Ap. p
(1) A person violating this part or regulations prescribed by the department under this part, except 75-10-212 (2), is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $50 or more than $500.
(2) Each day upon which a violation occurs is a separate violation.
