Integration -- construction in event of conflict
Known as the Coal-Fired Generating Unit Remediation Act
The act spans §§ 75–75 (10 sections).

(1) To avoid unnecessary duplication, the department shall integrate the provisions of this part with applicable legal obligations.
(2) If this part or any action taken by the department in accordance with this part conflicts with applicable legal obligations, the applicable legal obligations supersede the provisions of this part.
