(1) It is unlawful to:
(a) handle, prepare, cook, or otherwise treat garbage to feed to swine or other animals; or
(b) feed garbage to swine or other animals.
(2) This part does not apply to a person who feeds only the person's own household garbage to swine or other animals under their ownership.
