Known as the ConnectMT Act

The act spans §§ 90–90 (9 sections).

En

(Temporary)

(1) Consistent with the provisions of this part, the department shall define criteria and implementation processes to ensure that project funds are used as intended.

(3) The department may adopt rules, in consultation with the commission, as necessary to carry out this part. This section may not be construed to empower the department to adopt any additional regulatory obligations or to impose any new or additional regulatory requirements on funding recipients, through proposal agreements or any other mechanism, other than the program implementation procedures expressly authorized in this part or as required by federal laws providing funding to be distributed pursuant to this statute.
