Meetings and acts of the board
Known as the Housing Act
The act spans §§ 90–90 (48 sections).

(1) All meetings of the board are open to the public.
(2) All official acts of the board shall be in a regular or special meeting and by a majority of the board.
(3) All rules adopted by the board shall be in accordance with the Montana Administrative Procedure Act.
