Requirement for Department-issued permits to include statutory or regulatory authority for conditions
Known as the Environmental Education Act
The act spans §§ 143B-275 to 143B-344.64 (81 sections).
The Department shall include in any permit issued by the Department the statutory or regulatory authority for each permit condition required by the Department. (2023-137, s. 13.)
