N.D. Cent. Code § 10-19.1-105

Methods of dissolution

Known as the North Dakota Business Corporation Act

The act spans §§ 10-19.1-00.1–10-19.1-99 (185 sections).

A corporation may be dissolved:

1. Before the issuance of shares, pursuant to section 10-19.1-106;

2. After the issuance of shares, pursuant to sections 10-19.1-107 through 10-19.1-113.1; or 3. By order of a court pursuant to sections 10-19.1-114 through 10-19.1-122.
