Length of service by jurors
Known as the Uniform Jury Selection and Service Act
The act spans §§ 27-09.1-01 to 27-09.1-22 (23 sections).
In any two-year period a person may not be required:
1. To serve or attend court for prospective service as a petit juror more than ten court days, except if necessary to complete service in a particular case;
2. To serve on more than one grand jury; or 3. To serve as both a grand and petit juror.
