N.D. Cent. Code § 4.1-41-12

Misbranding

A person may not distribute any commercial feed that is misbranded. Commercial feed is misbranded if:

1. Its label is false or misleading;

2. It is distributed under the name of another commercial feed;

3. It is not labeled in accordance with this chapter;

4. It purports to be or is represented as being a commercial feed, or if it purports to contain or is represented as containing a commercial feed ingredient, unless the commercial feed or feed ingredient conforms to the definition of identity, if any, prescribed by rules of the agriculture commissioner; or 5. Any information required on the label is not prominently placed, with conspicuousness, so as to render it readable and comprehensible by an individual under customary conditions of purchase and use.
