N.D. Cent. Code § 4.1-83-03

Application for livestock dealer's license - Required information

To obtain a livestock dealer's license, a person must complete an application and submit it to the agriculture commissioner. The application must include:

1. The applicant's name and:

a. The name of each partner if the applicant is a partnership;

b. The name of each corporate officer and the state of incorporation if the applicant is a corporation; or c. The name of each manager and the state of organization if the applicant is a limited liability company;

2. The applicant's mailing address; and 3. The applicant's principal place of business.
