Annexation of land in the extraterritorial zoning or subdivision regulation authority of another city
Known as the Municipal Annexation Act
The act spans §§ 40–40 (22 sections).
A city may not annex land located within the extraterritorial zoning or subdivision regulation authority of another city by ordinance or resolution unless:
1. Written consent is received from the governing body of the other city; or 2. The annexation is ordered by an administrative law judge in accordance with this chapter.
