(401) Becoming general partner

Known as the North Dakota Uniform Limited Partnership Act

The act spans §§ 45–45 (119 sections).

A person becomes a general partner:

1. As provided in the partnership agreement;

2. Under subdivision b of subsection 3 of section 45-10.2-66 following the dissociation of the last general partner of a limited partnership;

3. As the result of a conversion or merger under sections 45-10.2-94 through 45-10.2-106; or 4. With the consent of all the partners.
