N.D. Cent. Code § 64-02-08.1

Fees for registered service companies and to permit and test a registered service person

1. Annually, each registered service company shall pay a permit fee of one hundred dollars.

2. Annually, each registered service person shall pay a permit fee of fifty dollars.

3. The commission may assess a registered service person testing fee not to exceed twenty-five dollars per test.
