At the time of filing an appeal, original action, or other proceeding in the Court of Appeals or Supreme Court there shall be paid to the clerk the sum of one hundred dollars as a docket fee. Fifty dollars of such fee shall be remitted to the State Treasurer for credit to the Nebraska Retirement Fund for Judges. The clerk shall charge fees for copies of documents and certificates at the rate provided in section 25-1280 .
