Competitive or proprietary information; withheld; when; procedures applicable

(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the public power industry as defined in section 70-601 and the Nebraska Power Review Board may withhold competitive or proprietary information which would give an advantage to business competitors. Competitive information is information which a reasonable person, knowledgeable of the electric utility industry, could conclude gives an advantage to business competitors. (2) Any request for records described in this section shall be subject to the procedures for public record requests provided in sections 84-712 to 84-712.09 .
