Sections 81-1901 to 81-1936 shall be known and may be cited as the Licensing of Truth and Deception Examiners Act.
Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1901
Act, how cited
Applied in 5 court decisions — leading case Riley v. State (1993)
Most recently applied in Jackson v. Morris Communications Corp. (March 2003)
Laws 1980, LB 485, § 1.
How often courts cite this section
Court decisions citing this, by year. The dip in the last several years is a data-coverage gap, not a real trend — our corpus holds fewer opinions from the most recent years, so recent citations are undercounted.
