N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 102:14

The provisions of RSA 102:13 relative to credits for call firemen service shall be effective only in case of firemen who applied for benefits hereunder prior to August 1, 1939, and shall not apply to firemen who became entitled to such benefits after that date.
