N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 102:16-b

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, any member retired under RSA 102:17 or 18 and who upon retirement elected an option under RSA 102:16, or whose designated representative is receiving an allowance under RSA 102:16 shall continue to receive benefits under such election.
