N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 106-D:7

The chief fiscal officer of the conference shall submit to the board of trustees such information and shall cause to be performed, with respect to the New Hampshire employees of said conference who are members of said retirement system, such duties as shall be prescribed by the board of trustees in order to carry out the provisions of the state employees' retirement system.
