N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 106-L:16

There is established a police psychological stability screening fund for the purpose of reimbursing costs related to psychological stability screening for candidates for certification as law enforcement officers, which shall be administered by the council. The fund shall be nonlapsing and shall be continually appropriated to the council.
