N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 12-A:10-c

The director of the division of parks and recreation may offer rewards for information leading to the recovery of stolen division property, or for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person committing an act of vandalism or theft upon division property. All rewards offered under this section shall be subject to approval of the governor and council.
