N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 124:11-a

Any agency that submits an application for federal funds shall include in such application provisions for reimbursement of the allocated statewide central services cost and any agency indirect costs. If no federal funds are approved for indirect costs, the agency shall provide written notice of that determination to the department of administrative services.
