Non-Legislative Use of Chambers

I.

House. No person shall use the house chamber, anterooms, or cloakrooms at any time for any purpose other than a meeting of the house, of a committee thereof, or of a joint committee of the house and senate, without prior permission of the speaker of the house or his designee.

II.

Senate. No person shall use the senate chamber, anterooms, or cloakrooms at any time for any purpose other than a meeting of the senate, or a committee thereof, or of a joint committee of the house and senate, without prior permission of the president of the senate or his designee.
